Mr. Bender has been an advocate of quality education for many years. His concentrated involvement with wallcoverings dates from 1968… fine residential, retail as well as instructional.
- Graduate of William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ with a Bachelors in Education
- Licensed to teach in New Jersey and Vermont
- Trained over 3000 paper hangers
- Retired from Rutland City Schools as a fine arts teacher

- Developing wallcovering installation instructions

Basic Training

- Primer, sealers and adhesives
- Estimating residential wallcovering
- Installation techniques
- Hands-on training.

- Classes are held in West Rutland, VT.
- Curriculum will be fast-paced.
- Tuition is $1,995.00 for 5 days and includes training manual.
- Group discounts for 5 or more students.
